I wanted to comment yesterday, but we have regular Internet problems here at work. Anyway, I love Amy Carmichael! What touching words you posted. I have recently been going through my own season of God calling me and drawing me nearer to Himself. I hope this will lead to a consistent, closeness to Him, but for now, He’s calling me back, gradually and lovingly.

Where have I heard of Amy Carmichael? Is she an author? I know I’ve heard of her somewhere.

Trust is so important and I struggle with trust so much because I’ve been abused with trust growing up. It is a major issue of mine, even at times, I lack trust in God. But God never fails to show that he is LORD and does not lie. God is so beautiful in that we can falter and lose faith but he NEVER loses faith and trust in us.
