It’s funny how we have no idea, sometimes, how the Lord is working in and through us and how, sometimes, we don’t fully know His plans for our lives. I suppose, then, that it makes us cling to Him all the more. Not knowing– brings us to a place where we need to depend on Him for everything. It brings us to a place where we are desperate for more of Him, every moment of every day.
…It’s a beautiful place to be.
{ Been busy lately…I’m learning to balance my time..to manage my schedule…to wait and to go. Next weekend I head off to Arizona and I cannot wait
) This eastern girl is going out west for the first time. If only you could see the smile on my face at the thought of being in the mountains…ahhh… I am so thankful right now…my heart is full of joy—at the thought of Him. In the midst of business the Lord is the one who says “be still” …He is the one who lifts up my head…praise Him for what He is doing…honor be unto His name– f o r e v e r. }
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks;
for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
I Thessalonians 5:16-17

Amen to that…
God does such amazing, beautiful things. Then again, He’s just so beautiful.
Being still… yeah. =) Jesus is good at that. I’m glad we have the perfect model to learn from.
so glad you are blessed today!
i hope you have a super trip to the west!
enjoy the mountains for me too, ok?!
God bless you!
Hi Arielle. Good to hear from you. What part of Arizona are you going to? Have you ever been here before?
Larry
Oh, there are some beautiful places in Arizona…Enjoy God’s wondrous and beautiful creation! I will be praying for you! With much love, PAula
Hi Arielle! Love that pic! Total abandonment. Passionately pursuing Him and just having that childlike exhuberance! YES!! :0) To Arizona, eh? Wow, you’ll be in my time zone.
Are you going to have computer access?? It will be warm and dry there.
That’s where a bunch of “BCites” go for the winter. Not that it’s been a very cold one to get away from. Mildest one we’ve had in years. I love it! Thank you for once again, sharing your heart for Him. It encourages so many and helps others to see Him better. You bless me, always, much love to you! ys, Lois
I love the picture of the littl girl!
So happy!
You’re going to Arizona?! That is so close to me! Oh my goodness! What are you going there for? Where in Arizona will you be? Craziness!
Hey, I can relate to trusting in the Lord for the unknown and waiting on Him. That’s where I find myself, but instead of the discouragement of feeling like I’m being left in the dark, I now have hope and look forward to what God is going to work out and reveal in His good time. One of the things I’m waiting for is to find out whether the trip to Belarus is still happening. The pastors are still thinking and praying about it, but it looks like the scales are tipping more in the direction of us going. =)!!! What a blessing this will be for not only the small fellowship in Minsk, but those of us who will be visiting!
Neat site with some great pictures.

My father lives in Tucson, so I was just there in October. I hope you have a wonderful time. Will this be a time of ministry in Arizona?
you have a beautiful heart arielle… thank you for sharing a piece of it the other night. it’s a great thing. your beauty of peace and ‘being still’ in the Lord’s presence.

I just noticed that you are reading Mimosa. I loved that book! Are you enjoying it?
Awww… thanks for the encouraging word about the church website. You know, I came close about 2 times to seeing the Grand Canyon. You have to take pictures if you go, though I’ve heard it doesn’t come close to capturing what you see an experience in person. So, are you going to Arizona for vacation? Yeah, you’ll be about 5 to 6 hours away from me. I went on vacation with my family to Pheonix a couple times when our family friends were living there. But the first time I went to Arizona was when I was in high school for a short term mission trip to an Indian reservation in… Keyenta? I think that was the name of the city. It was so beautiful out there! Most of the land was flat, no buildings, and you could see the shadow of the passing clouds over the land. And they had funny mountains too, if that’s what they’re called. Instead of the mountain coming to a point, it would come to a retangular top. Don’t know how to explain it. Well, anyway, have a nice trip in Arizona. Oh, and you have to visit a Sonic. But maybe you have those out where you live. First time I went to one was in Pheonix. From what I remember, they have good shakes! =)
Thanks for your kind and encouraging comments!
